I had my new house inspected before the one year warranty ran out and Precision Inspections found I had gaps in my roofing tiles that exposed the roof underneath. I informed Adams and they sent a contractor out the next week to repair the problem areas. It would have cost a lot more than the cost of the inspection to repair the roof. I also could have had future water leaks. Good job Precision Inspections.
