After having three repairmen come out to work on our brand new refrigerator—all without success, I was ready to just try to get my money back. Mr. Lords stopped by to look at and in less than 10 minutes figured out the problem. An hour later, the necessary repairs were made. It has not caused any problems since then! Thank you, Mr. Lords!

Wow, I thought I was going to have to buy a new washer and Joseph fixed ours for a fraction of the cost.
Great customer relationship. Was super easy to work with.

Excellent customer service! My hot water heater went out and he came over late at night to fix it. Which we were very grateful for! Not having to take a cold shower before work in the morning was a life saver.

Lords Appliance Repair's technician, Joseph, did a fantastic job repairing my fridge. It had been giving me trouble for weeks, and no other company could come to fix it. Joseph had it up and running in no time at all!
