■Step 1■ Schedule a potential first meeting/session Please let me know a few dates/times that you like to have our first meeting. I will check my schedule and get back to you. ■Step 2■ Decide communication method Please let me know if you like to take your lessons on either Zoom or Skype. If you choose Zoom, I will give you the link to my Zoom meeting room. If you choose Skype, please add me in your Skype contacts. I will provide my Skype ID, or you may give me your Skype ID. If you prefer other methods of taking lessons (example: Facetime), please let me know which you like to use. ■Step 3■ Establish your payment method Please have your PayPal or SquareCash account ready before your first lesson. If you don't have either account, please make one. They are both free to open an account. ■Step 4■ Schedule/Reserve your first lesson Once we both agree on the date/time for your first lesson, please make a deposit of $10 to my PayPal or SquareCash account. This will secure the time for your lesson, so that other students will not schedule a lesson during the time frame. *Please make a payment as soon as possible, so that I can block the time for you. *Unless the deposit ($10) is received, other students may take the slot. *The deposit will be refunded at the time of your first lesson. *After depositing the fund, if you like to reschedule the first lesson, please let me know at least 12 hours in advance. There is no extra fee for rescheduling, and you will still get a refund of your deposit at your first lesson. *In the case of a no-show or rescheduling request is made within 12 hours of the scheduled lesson, the deposit will not be refunded. ■Step 5■ First lesson Let's get started!
