Pricing is per 12 weeks. All plans last 3 months. Price can be paid monthly or paid in full
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A free 30 minute call in which I take time to get to know my clients and their goals. From there I make sure each client is a good fit for my plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience.
