I hired Western Energy to increase my attic insulation level from R-18 to R-38. They showed up on time and one of the owners came along to insure everything was done right. They did a great job blowing new cellulose into my attic and cleaned up well before they left. The owner was a great guy who was easy to deal with and the insulation techs were energetic and worked without a break until the job was done. I thought their prices were very fair and I would not hesitate to use them again. UPDATE:UPDATE: Although I still think this company did a great job with the insulation project, I do have a few complaints. When they went up into my attic, I warned them that I had a attic antenna installed. After they left, I made a comment to Western Energy via Thumbtack that my TV reception seemed to be affected. I thought maybe they had bumped my TV antenna so it no longer faced the TV towers. I also told them that they had left lots of finger prints on my white attic access door. They never called me back to follow up on my comments. I had to go up into my attic today to check the antenna. Imagine my surprise to find my mounted antenna on the floor of the attic. I had to remount the entire antenna while stumbling around the dusty attic. As a senior, the last thing I wanted to do was to get on a high ladder and crawl around in the attic. Had they followed up on my comments, they could have resolved these complaints in 20 minutes. My original review was 5 stars, but I have taken one star off for no followup to my complaints and one star off because I had to re-do the antenna mounting.
