- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are competitive. Market analysis, home valuations, reports are a free service I offer to all my clients. You are welcome to inquire about any real estate related issues.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is imperative to understand each individual client's needs. For buyer; Where do you want to live? What is your range limit? If needed, do you have a lender? If not, I can put in contact with one. For seller; Presentation of FREE market analysis, home valuation and reports. Home improvements do factor into the home value as well as the comparable homes sold in the area.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed by the state of Arizona as a real estate agent.
