- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the person for packages then offer additional add-on items to your preference. There is an additional charge for delivery.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial discussion of clients needs and expectations. Followed by a detailed menu proposal with pricing. A follow up discussion of changes, questions, and concerns. Updated proposal for confirmed menu, then confirmation from client to book the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in hospitality management from Cornell University and a culinary certificate from the Culinary Institute of America.
