Introduction: Hired Hands Bodywork for Working Bodies is a home-based, sole practitioner, massage therapy service. As a former RN, I have 20 years of health care experience and have found this background to be extremely beneficial when working with massage clients to address chronic pain issues, as well as the everyday aches and pains. In each session, I strive to provide a balance between relaxation and therapeutic massage, or the session can just focus in on specific problem areas. I wish to provide a customized approach to each massage based on client consultation and preference. My hours of availability vary - during the week, I am available for evening appointments from 5 to 7 pm, and have flexible availability on Saturday and Sunday.
I love being able to effectively relieve stress and pain while providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience. It truly amazes me how much massage can help with chronic pain and stress.

Debbie give excellent massages. From Swedish to deep tissue to sports massage, she has a an uncanny knack for finding what is causing your pain and working those trouble areas out. She has a very comfortable therapy room in a country setting....very relaxing, very quiet.
