- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer five different packages in my area of work for weddings + elopements. I offer four different packages for senior and graduation photos. I offer two different packages for families. I also work with each client to create a tailored payment plan that best suits their needs. Photography is an art and an experience. It's almost like a buy one-get one if you think of it that way. Not only are they your future decor around the home but it should also be a long lasting memory. I will never forget having my senior pictures done, I get so nostalgic thinking about them. At the time, I was so concerned with a price tag and didn't even think much about the photos and didn't truly enjoy myself. Don't let a price tag scare you -- the photos will only increase in value over time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Potential clients: please reach out via my website contact page. From there I will get back to them within 24 hours with some general info about who I am and what working together looks like as well as different contract and package options. All documents are online and extremely user friendly. Once the contract is signed, that's when the fun begins!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied photography in London, England and Dublin, Ireland. From a business perspective: I majored in Strategic Communication, and is VITAL for my business. I value timely, genuine, and honest communication with my clients from the first inquiry until their gallery is delivered.
