Douthit Group provided me with a phenomenal residential light clean. The service I received was great. I reached out to the company to assist in a light cleaning to my living room area. The company provided me with exceptional customer service. Staff were very friendly while scheduling my appointment and making accommodations with my busy schedule. I will start by saying that Amanda was responsive, polite and professional during our interactions leading up the the day scheduled for the job. However, the day of she no-call no-showed. She has yet to answer our messages, but should she respond then we may update this review with new information.
