- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, pricing is dependent upon number of employees and frequency of pay schedule. It also can vary based on the comprehensiveness of the package offered. (i.e. payroll, tax pay or payroll, tax pay, HR services)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to have an idea of the client's needs prior to meeting. Usually what I need to know is as follows: name of company and location, number of employees, pay frequency and what part of the current process is causing you the most grief. I will then customize a solution for you and your business. I will meet with you, if possible, to do a complimentary assessment and present the solution (usually takes about 30 minutes). From there, I will gather needed documents and will have everything implemented within 48-72 hours. I will be in constant contact and will walk you through the role I will play in your business' future, as well as your new payroll specialist and HR resources. I also like to hand-deliver the first payroll and conduct an annual review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in financial services since 1998 and have helped businesses through implementing Sec.125 plans, enhancing benefit offerings, managing business banking portfolios and conducting compliance assessments. Outsourcing payroll and HR is just another way to refocus on revenue generating efforts and ensure streamlined processes and compliance.
