- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depends on customer's wants and needs. I can do quality standard and simple work, or I can customize and tailor to my customer's desire. Obviously the prices vary as to the customers needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk with customer, go out for a look at the job and take pictures, then come home to the drawing board, plan project, make itemized estimation of cost for labor and material, return estimate to potential customer for free with in reasonable time, and if they accept, we plan time of start date, and I go to work on their project!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
17 years working experience with building anything from cabinets, decks to shelves and pantries, from installation of cabinets, windows, doors, and siding, to crown, baseboard, shoemolding, chair railing, counter tops, etc., etc.
