I went to lock my front door last week and the internal parts of my 30 year old door handle and deadbolt came out with my key! David and Brian updated my home last year, so I texted them for a "single job" referral person, since I thought they only did larger projects. They just happened to be at Home Depot when they received my text, so after receiving a photo of my lock, they sent me links to my replacement options, purchased it and started the installation within the hour! AND...if that wasn't impressive enough, they asked how all the work they had done for me last year was holding up. I mention the new fence gate did not close as smoothly now after the wood had dried and warped over the past year. Dave and Brian pulled out their tools and adjusted it to close smoothly again ....and they would not let me pay for the gate adjustment. Brave Remodeling is serious about the quality and longevity of their work! I commented that I appreciated their promptness and certInly did not expect them to do my "single " job...let alone start and finish it within a few hours after I called. They simply said that they take care of their customers and try to fit in even small jobs, when they can, for people whom with they have established a working relationship. Brave Remodelling has once again gone far above and beyond my expectations and I recommend them without reservation!

Our bathroom has been a delight to us, and all my friends and relatives, who 'rated' it! I feel so much safer when I take a shower. Brian and David knew just what I wanted and didn't get upset when I changed my mind about what style of shower I wanted.

Brian and Dave took our entire house from outdated to like new, classy modern in under four weeks. From wall and ceiling paint, to ridding old flooring and laying hardwoods and tile, to cabinet installs and painting them and adding hardware, to installing shower fixtures and toilet lids, they can do it all. They notice the details (like thinking to add cabinet door bumps so they don't bang). No one can believe how incredibly different our home looks and I thank this duo and team for implementing my vision and material choices. They were a good design partner and I'm grateful to have been their first client several years back!

No standard pricing - it's custom pricing to fit each clients wants, needs and elections for the remodeling project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free initial consultation to help us understand what the customer wants and needs. This allows us to see the entire scope of work in person and take appropriate measurements for working up a bid for the work at their property.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Even before we started remodeling as a business, we (Brian & Dave) both achieved the rank of Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America. We have done lots of projects in family and friends homes as well as local community oriented service projects.
