- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Ala Cart services can be found on our website, but you can always call the Chef for special event pricing. Since each and every event is unique, we price accordingly. From drop off catering to fully staffed events with Bartenders & Servers, we can handle your special day like no other company!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give us a call and we do it all! We will handle your event as if it were the only event we have. Specialized customer care is our top priority and our food and service will leave your guests talking about your event for ages! It starts with a phone consultation, follow up emails, site inspections, one on one meetings, whatever it takes to make your event a success!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a Professional Chef at the age of 17 working in a private mansion in Maryland. I opened my first Cafe in the Dominican Republic, went to culinary school locally here in Philadelphia, under the supervision and direction of Chef Francesco Martorella. I was the Sous Chef for a major Catering Company in Bucks County and I am the Executive Chef of Chef Tony's Kitchen Catering based in Philadelphia
