- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing starts at a base amount for federal and state returns. There are additional fees for forms and schedules needed to file your returns. Local returns can also be filed. I have received countless reviews from my clients on how affordable my prices are. I am happy to keep costs down for my clients while still providing A+ service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Learning the new customers background and financial decisions made in the past year that will affect their taxes. New customers have the option of meeting with me in person or on FaceTime/Zoom. They can hand me their paperwork or upload it to a secure network that I use.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Penn State University. Master's Degree in Business Administration from St. Joseph's University. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed by the State of Pennsylvania.
