- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are flexible in the way we price our projects and tailor this to what works best for our customers. We usually provide a fixed price and set the price by looking at the following factors: complexity, duration and resources required. For Pay-Per-Click Campaigns we usually charge a percentage of the monthly advertising spend.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Learn about the customer's business, their business objectives, their project and branding requirements and most importantly their measures of success. Additionally, we don't assume any prior knowledge and do our best to educate customers about the processes, technologies and metrics that are used with web and digital marketing campaigns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed my undergraduate degree at La Salle University in Computer Science and Digital Art and Multimedia Design. Additionally, I have completed my MBA at Saint Josephs University.
