- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are based on several factors. 1. Type of guard needed armed, unarmed, supervisor or standard 2. Attire police style uniform, black suit and tie 3. Vehicle marked or unmarked 4. Shift 1st, 2nd or 3rd (there is a 4 hour minimum charge for all service requests and cancellatios without 24 hour notice ) 5. Holidays paid at time and a half 6. Emergency requests any service request with less than 24 hour notice 7. Location indoor or outdoor
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As Co-Owner and Operator of Prestige Protection Agency I've acquired over 15 years of experience in the security industry. I served 8 years in the United States Marine Corps, 6 years with the Department of Homeland Security and 2 years as a Corrections Officer. All of my staff have similar backgrounds serving either in the military, police force, corrections or a combination of the listed.
