Our cost includes: - 2 Translators working on your project - Translation from Russian to English or English to Russian - Edit and Proofreading - Formatting and desktop publishing Extra costs - Rush jobs, Certificates of Accuracy
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Client emails source document that needs to be translated. 2. Invoice/Quote is sent via Waveapps. (Please check your spam to make sure it doesn't go there.) 3. The client pays the invoice by debit or credit card (for larger project payment plans can be made). 4. The project is started. The client should be available by email or phone if we have additional questions regarding the translation. 5. Translation is sent via email for client approval. 6. Client approved translation is sent via email or USPS.
