Introduction: Everything is from scratch. I've traveled the country researching healing foods and remedies for health ailments of the body. I've discovered so many different foods and natural healing through foods, and not only my food heals but is also delicious! I enjoy when my clients take their first bite, and I hear their reaction of comfort or overjoyed of the taste of my dishes, not to mention I love the look of the satisfaction on their faces.
