Introduction: I provide a variety of home and business services to meet my customers needs. From basic painting, wall repair, and touchups, to fine finish work, restoration and repair of all things wood. I specialize in custom fabrication and problem solving to make things work where others can't. I'm based in center city Philadelphia but often travel to Bucks and Montco.
I enjoy making homes and business's beautiful and functional. It's often the final details of a project that really bring a space together and make it stand out. With an eye for design, I love providing the highest quality of work for my customers and building lasting work that people can use and enjoy. I love meeting new people and the fun and adventure of new projects and challenges.

I originally hired Christopher to hang my TV and some pictures in my new apartment. After he finished up we got to talking about the lack of counter space in my apartment. After hearing some of his ideas and seeing some photos of his previous work I decided to hire him again, this time for a custom kitchen cart. He provided several drawings and ideas, and talked me through each of the designs. I chose one and in about a week I had my brand new kitchen cart! It was perfect for my space and looked fantastic! Christopher is very friendly, hardworking, and provides great customer service. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Project to refinish a very old solid wood crib did not go well. Chris repaired the scratches and nicks in the wood, I think. He then followed it up with a very sloppy spray paint. We started corresponding Jan 2,2016. We decided to deliver to Chris as it would be faster. Chris had the crib until Jan 19th when we went to pick it up. He did not tell us it was done I texted him around 16th or 17th to ask a status. He said it's done. My son picked it up and he had it in an area that had very dim lighting. When we got it inside we could see that there was no pride in his work. Parts missed completely, drips of paint, uneven, painted metal railings for sliding drawers, sprayed on paint, did not use the right finish type for a crib, parts of it were rough to touch not suitable for a baby. We texted our displeasure with the finished product (paid in full) and Chris offered to do it over and said he would pick it up over this last weekend, he never showed up nor did he contact us. When we inquired he said it was raining and he doesn't have a covered vehicle and he would pick up Monday or Tuesday. Bottom line is really poor communication. If he thought the job should have been more based on him seeing the crib he should have said so when he got it and before any work was done. Instead he just did a very poor job and gave it back to us. My sons first baby is going in this crib. It isn't a flower pot, the crib was a very well made crib, not this fiberboard crap that's made now. I'm happy to provide before and after pictures. Aside from not seeing the nicks in it they are not too different. If you didn't think it was important enough to do right the first time I doubt letting you try again would gain anything. I'd like a 50% refund on this job. I should ask for 100%

Chris was awesome! So friendly, got everything done in an efficient manner, and even helped my friend out while he was here. Definitely will hire him again for future projects! Projects he did today included hanging decor and installing curtains.

Chris identified access points in our house for rodents. He filled the holes and explained his process. He even matched the materials he used to match the concrete of our house. After he was complete, he cleaned the surrounding area. He was great!
