FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, simply because we strive to provide the best service possible at the lowest cost to our clients. In order to do so, a legal consultation is a necessary part of the process to provide the lowest price. Consultations are free of charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important initial step in any legal process is the consultation. During the consultation, I will analyze your case, discuss the process, answer all of your questions, and lastly provide a price quote for legal services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My law degree is from Rutgers School of Law. I am licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey to practice law. I attended Villanova University for undergraduate, and later Universidad de Salamanca for graduate school in Spain. I represent clients before the Immigration Court (EOIR), USCIS, and other sub-agencies of the Department of Homeland Security such as Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customs & Border Protection (CBP). I have 10 years of experience within the immigration law field.
