Introduction: I am a very personable and approachable character. I have a sense of humor and easygoing attitude that will make our time together neither uncomfortable or awkward. I work out of Level 1 Fitness in old city Philadelphia. It's an actual gym with full equipment ranging from free weights, resistance machines, kettlebells, kinesis machines and TRX systems. You do not need to be a member of the gym to train there with me. I will also be willing to travel for in-home sessions. My work isn't a job to me. I rarely dwell on thoughts of when my day will be over. I enjoy developing a rapport with clients, quickly understanding their goals and abilities. I don't gather my workouts from the Internet and attempt to use them on all my clients. Everyone's fitness goals and capabilities are unique. My training with each client is individualized and tailored for them.

I have been training with Vince for over a year now and it has truly been a rewarding experience. He got me into the best shape of my life and keeps pushing me further. I was able to see highly visible results in less than a month. He is extremely knowledgeable in customizing work outs for your personal needs and wants. He has a strong focus on form and technique so you know are doing it right, while getting everything you can out of a single exercise. Vince makes his sessionsfun and entertaining, while also pushing you to exceed your expectations and limitations of yourself. He is also great at giving you advice on what to do outside the gym to build and keep up your strength and confidence.

Vincent Whipped me into the sexy, fit, healthy woman I've only dreamed about being. I went from 189 pounds to 168 in about 8 months. From back rolls and love handles to an hourglass shape! I can finally wear crop tops and low rise jeans without any hesitation at all! He knew exactly what I wanted to achieve physically, he taught me how to meal prep, he motivated me to keep training when I was with him and when I was exercising at home. There is nobody else I would want to be my trainer than this guy, he's an amazing coach and an amazing supporter!

I started training with Vince two years ago and I always learn something new when we train, every single time. Vince gives personalized instruction exactly at your fitness level. He has a great personality and sense of humor, so you always feel at ease. I used to train with him once a week and now I see him two times during the week. Vince is very good at teaching proper technique and form. I don't know how a guy as young as Vince can know so much about training, but it's obviously his passion. He will certainly inspire you to get in the best physical shape of your life. I am a 51 year old man and I lift weights and run for my physical well being.

I've never done any sort of physical activity or sport but Vince really turned my whole lifestyle around. I probably lost 30lbs training with him. He's also helped me work on a shoulder injury I suffered. I feel all around happier and healthier because of him. And he's hilarious.

1 hour personal training sessions were fantastic with Vince. He always changed up our routines and was very accommodating to any injuries I had or exercises I did not want to do. He made the most of my time. If you don't want to work hard for results, Vince is not your guy! I felt very seasoned in strength training but Vince brought many new workouts that incorporated all muscles groups into our sessions.
