FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for my services is reasonable and quoted to the client based on the needs of the event or lesson and once we have established contact.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In regards to performances for events, we would have a general discussion about the theme of the event, what type of music would work best, if there are particular song requests and how long you would like music to be performed. I have a written performance agreement that I then send to the client for approval and I require a deposit of half of the performance price before the event and then the remaining balance the day of the event. In regards to lessons, we would have a brief discussion about your experience, goals, and what materials you possess. A more in-depth conversation takes place during the actual lessons where I can make recommendations based on your interests and needs. Payment for lessons is on an individual basis done the day of the lesson.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master's in Music and have both a private and secondary certification to teach music for grades k-12 in the state of Pennsylvania.
