Easy, clear and prompt communication. Alex gave me a quote and was very easy going. There was absolutely zero pressure to choose him. He called prior to arrival with an ETA and arrived at the exact time for the quote then the job a week later. It took as long as he said it would and the 10 year old rugs look brand new. He restretched and deep cleaned to get paint stains out. He also gives a warranty on his work. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again if the need arrises.
