- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We 1st find out all the most important information involving your move then give you an estimate. If you decide to do with our service we usually take a $30 to $50 dollar non-refundable depots that go towards your move. After we confirm the job we let all our clients know to that we call or text you 1 or 2 days before your move then again the morning of to make sure where on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?As you may already know there is no college for movers but All my guys (Me included) either worked for another moving company or furniture company before which means. (Furniture Mecca, IKEA, and Mattress Giant to name a few.)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I worked for another moving company about 5 years ago and decided to start my own business.
