- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since each job is unique, we customize the price of each individual job based on the needs of each individual client. We strive to be competitive with our pricing and are, on average, 30% lower in cost than the majority of our competition that offer the same quality and service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client contacts us we first want to learn more about their company as well as their goals. Once we figure out the individual needs of each of our clients, we will customize a quote for our services. Our team is all about building relationships with our clients so nothing we do is about making a quick buck or is any kind of cookie cutter process. Everything we do is customized to individual client needs.
