- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For residential jobs the process is simple: Site visit: I introduce myself and my company, listen to the customer needs, if he/she has a plan or idea, what options they can consider based on the budget, types of materials, Estimate: a written estimate is sent to the customer for review and approval Contract is signed, time frame, we talk about the city permits depending of the type and size of the job, start and completion dates, a technical plan is discussed when is an occupied home Purchasing: of materials (special order items) Scheduling Execution of the job, quality inspections are standard Job is delivered to the homeowners or tenants if authorized. Commercial or corporate jobs are more complex: Personal introductions are via email or phone, a service request or RFP, request for proposal, is uploaded to service portals, an estimator is sent to visit the site, for small jobs we can provide and estimate right away, for larger jobs the estimate can take a few more days, the other steps are similar

Certificate in Construction Project Management IICRC, Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration certification Safety: OSHA 30 CAD, computer aided design, mobile and desktop Quantity take offs, estimating, planning, surveys, inspections Field work: All the trades, hands on
