Phil installed a transom window in our rowhome, installing it into the original wooden frame. He showed up on time every day, worked quickly and kept the work area very clean. The window installation went very smoothly, and he was able to restore and fix the old wooden frame from the previous transom window. We are really happy with the end result and looking forward to working with Phil again in the future for more home improvement projects.

Great experience with Phil. He installed a mailbox post and mailbox while it was raining. It was pretty nasty outside, I was surprised he still wanted to come. He is a professional and knew exactly what he was doing. More jobs to come.

I hired Phil to install 6 Home Depot modern door knobs into solid wood 1940 doors. Believe me when I tell you this is not easy as the modern door knobs must be modified as well as the wooden door. Phil did all this effortlessly. He also fixed all my old doors so they close with ease. Phil can pretty much do anything you want. I highly recommend him and so far have hired him twice. In an age where quality is hard to come by, someone like Phil is truly RARE.

Phil is a true artisan! I had various projects around the condo that I needed help with. To start, Phil hung my artwork on the walls that were concrete. Phil is very skilled and knowledgable in many things pertaining to home maintenance and upkeep. I also wanted to replace my closet doors, but he suggested that they could be repaired and he fixed them instead of me replacing them and saved me hundreds of dollars in replacement costs.
