Jose got back to me very quickly and was able to send cleaners to my apartment within 24 hours of my request. 2 cleaners were sent to my apartment and they were very pleasant. I live in a 1 bed/1 bath and the ladies were at my place for around 2 hours. I am pleased with the job they did. My only complaints were that the windowsills and the floor behind my dressers and hampers was left dusty. Normally, that wouldn't bother me but for $100, in a 500 sq/ft apartment, I did expect it to be very thorough. Overall, I am pleased and would hire again.

I was notified that they did clean behind those areas and they’ve notify you about the problem they’re face with the areas, but in the future when requesting cleaning service be specific about type of service you require to be done( please don’t request standard cleaning then expect to receive deep cleaning) in order for you to get your best results of cleaning. This was by far one of the best cleaning service I ever had. The response one was quick and they even called the day before for confirmation. My place looks brand new just like when I bought it and I am in love. The cleaning supplies that left my home with an amazing scent. I would definitely recommended for others to use.
