- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is reasonable. We stay with in the customer budget or go a little bit under. We let you know what your price includes from food, supplies and staff if needed.We strive for customer satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would contact the customer and set up an appointment for a menu consultation. At the consultation we would do a taste testing and find out what their budget is. Once the menu is picked and the budget is set. We would then type up a contract with everything chosen for the menu, date, time place and any additional information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Chef for 25+ years. I went to school for Culinary Arts and currently work as a Executive Sous Chef.
