Introduction: I have been a Chef for 25+ years and decided I want to start up a catering business. It was named Bee&Jay Catering after my wife and myself. We have catered Weddings, BBQ's, Intimate Dinner for 2, Family Functions you name it. Nothing is too big or small for us. We cater with a touch of honey!!!

We hired beeandjay’s catering for our wedding and I must say we were very pleased with how professional they were. We were also very grateful that they allowed us to have a hand in our menu choice. All the other catering companies we called had menu choices for us to pick from and it was things I nor my husband ate. Beeandjay’s catering was understanding of any changes that we made. The day of the wedding they arrived early to make sure everything was running smoothly. I highly recommend beeandjay’s catering for your next event.

Bee&Jay Catering was recommended from a friend. I called them and set up an appointment for tasting for my Networking Event. The were very professional and the food was delicious. They are prompt with answering questions when needed. I was contacted the day before the event to make sure nothing else was needed. The day of the event Bee&Jay Catering was on time and setup a hour before it started. Everyone enjoyed the food and couldn't stop talking about their famous meatballs. I would definitely recommend Bee&Jay Catering to anyone that needs catering for a small or big event.

I used Bee&Jay Catering to cater my brother 50th Birthday party. They exceeded my expectations. When I contacted them his wife was very professional and prompt with responding to texts and emails. I love the presentation of the food for the taste testing and it was delicious. They also stayed with in my budget. This sealed the deal they were hired right then and there. On the day of the party they set up the tables with linen and centerpieces. The food was so good guests went back for seconds. If you are looking for a professional caterer that can cook then I strongly suggest you use Bee&Jay Catering!!!

I have used their services for several of my events, one was a private party for four and the food, presentation and service was excellent and their prices came within my budget range for a private party and I would definitely call in them again for this service. My next event was a party for over a 100 people their setup of the multiple stations,cocktail hour was the best I’ve seen in a long time and everything was fresh and in time. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is reasonable. We stay with in the customer budget or go a little bit under. We let you know what your price includes from food, supplies and staff if needed.We strive for customer satisfaction.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would contact the customer and set up an appointment for a menu consultation. At the consultation we would do a taste testing and find out what their budget is. Once the menu is picked and the budget is set. We would then type up a contract with everything chosen for the menu, date, time place and any additional information.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Chef for 25+ years. I went to school for Culinary Arts and currently work as a Executive Sous Chef.
