- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer alternative fee agreements, flat-fee or hourly billing or a combination of both.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by building a rapport and establishing trust. We discuss your individual situation. Typically, you will be giving us information up front so that we know all the facts to provide the best product. After we gather information, we create a draft that we review together. After the draft is finalized, your documents will be witnessed and notarized in our offices.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master’s degree in education as well as a law degree. I have written and produced many continuing legal education courses for other attorneys for the Philadelphia Bar Association and the law library. I was picked to Chair the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Solo and Small Firm Committee where I mentor and assist many new attorneys starting their own law practices.
