- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While we are more expensive than some, that's because we're highly trained and experienced. That said, we try not to turn down clients, so if cost is an issue, please let us know.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will match you with the right editor for your project. We'll then edit a page of your work for free. If you like the work we do, we'll move forward with the project details from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a team, we've edited hundreds of novels, essays, books, and stories. We come with high credentials—MFAs, Masters, MDs—and will match the necessary pedigree to your project/work. If, for example, you need help with a med school essay, we have a doctor on our team who has served on a number of admissions boards. If it's a graphic novel that needs editing, we have a published graphic novelist on staff to assist you.
