I've had a few trainers over time but none that took an active approach to really modify my workouts with consistent updates in order to help me maintain a consistent progress. The expertise and guidance he’s provided through my strength training sessions have been amazing, as well as helping me come up with a nutrition plan while keeping my diet in mind that helped me gain weight and muscle mass. I would highly recommend taking on Mo as your personal trainer as well.Nov 6, 2018

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My rate is $60 per session and a minimum of two sessions a week. Our work is not just limited to exercise and/or nutrition planning but is also to educate you to become conscious of your body throughout your busy day. An ideal session of mine involves a sufficient warm-up, a targeted exercise scheme with delicate attention towards correct biomechanics, and a brief cool down. We will be talking continuously in-between the exercises — this will make our personalized workouts akin to a classroom session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?All potential clients must meet with me for a free 1-on-1 orientation. This may or may not occur in a fitness setting. In this orientation, we will go in-depth on the client's goals, their lifestyle, and the impediments to their success. This hour will be relaxed and friendly and will help the potential client decide if they would like to work with me or not. Again, their may or may not be fitness testing during this session, depending on the goals of the client.
