I’m a procrastinator, yet a perfectionist at times. One can only imagine the dilemmas this can cause! I met with John, the chef 3 weeks prior to my event. I never used a caterer before and to relinquish a duty I normally undertook was nerve wrecking. He put me at ease, almost immediately. His menu ideas were fluid and creative. I was excited to see how it would all unfold, as I soon began to trust that he understood me, not only as a client but me as a person, understanding my needs and wants. I had a heavy cocktail style wedding and the chef of caponata did an amazing job! 150 people and no one was left hungry. I had two large rooms and the wait staff covered all of it. A lot of my guest has already reached out to me asking for the catering service number and of course I shared it with y’all everyone! The chefs love for cooking was very noticeable one we revived the food. Thank you caponata Catering for making my day that much more memorable. I hired caponata catering for a birthday celebration. Our end goal was have a dining out experience inside of our home. The chef was very accommodating and from the beginning very professional. We had a a full four course dinner and everything was plated beautifully and introduced one by one by the chef as servers placed the food on the table. Now I am big on presentation and the presentation of this food was so beautiful you just wanted to look at it but i can tell you that it tasted even better than it looked.
