Introduction: I have been in business since 1998. Recently added one of the best interior carpenters, and dry wall finisher I have ever worked with to my team. I always liked keeping a smaller company so I could really focus on all my costumers wants and needs.
I expect perfection from myself and my men. No contractor should ever cut corners to finish early to pad his pockets with higher profits.
My men and I are very hard workers. We enjoy what we do and it shows in our personalities.

My daughters roof was leaking really bad in the middle of winter I was hoping He would come out and maybe push the snow off the roof to stop any more water from running in the house. He not only did that but also handed me an estimate with no charge for the snow removal. I asked him if he would be able to come back near spring on the first sign of spring. He replied that he would see about moving back a kitchen job he was about to start. And he would start in a week. I never saw a roofing company working in January and questioned him about the weather being to cold. He said he'd warranty his standard 5 years and the only bad thing about putting shingles on in January besides the obvious being cold was that his company hand nails the shingles on so it takes longer. He explained why most roofing companies only give a 2 year warrant is because they use the cheapest roof cement around all the flashing. He said that all roofing cement cracks eventually and explained that every five years I should call and have the old caulking removed and new 5 or 10 warranty cement reapplied. I asked for other rough estimates from 2 different companies and Foltz was in the high middle of both of them. Then again it was January. I just found out he lives real close to me now. I'll be calling him for my roof
