Mark is a very knowledgable personal trainer. I was working out on my own and felt like I was not getting the benefit from the time I was putting in. After a 30 minute session with Mark I quickly realized that I was focusing on some areas but not my entire body. He worked with me to come up with a workout that involved what I would call power reps putting several exercises together and considering two or three exercises together as a rep. This really worked for me. I quickly started to drop weight and built muscles that I haven't had in years. Mark is always around and will offer a quick tip when he sees you might be doing something wrong. If you are serious about getting in shape get some time with Mark. He listens to what you want to accomplish and designs a workout that best fits you. He recently worked with me to review my workout and we added some exercises giving me a chance to change it up a bit. I can feel it working already. Mark has been great to work with and I'm sure he can get you going in the right direction too.

I was very impressed with this guy. Each session was unique an filled with different cardio exercises along with strength training. My pressure is down my. All of my numbers. Are low. Including cholesterol, body fat, an metabolism. I'm in tiptop shape. What surprised me I was weighted each month. Then also measured. There is a Golds web site for support an advice on food nutrition. Very helpful an supportive. He shares valued on the quality of foods. An if you bring In a friend you can receive gifts. It was nice having him Asa trainer. He's the best. I will certainly sign up again soon. JG. Also he has flexibility on your schedule. Very gentle. No rough with you. Patient.

Mark was patient and knowledgable. He pushed me further then I thought possible. He utilized a variety of equipment and demonstrated exercises. Sometimes over and over out of necessity. I am planning on returning to the gym using a personal trainer again.

As my personal trainer, Mark has been outstanding, I am now lifting weights that I couldn't before, I am eating healthy, my health has gotten better and overall I am fitter and stronger than ever. He prepares my workouts based on my strengths and knows how to help me overcome my weaknesses. I've had other trainers and Mark is by far the best.

Love love Mark ! He's the best . If you're looking to get in shape , he is definitely your guy. He's helped me so much with my training. Working with Mark has taught me that you can always do more than what you think, never be afraid of a challenge. After my training with Mark I was definitely bit by the bug. I went and got my own CPT Certification & have had the honor to work along side with Mark. He has become a good friend to me as well as an excellent mentor. Couldn't ask for a better trainer, friend, & mentor. #theman lol
