Bathroom remodel highlights: cost, trust, quality of work, friendliness and flexibility. He was great! The grout and tile work looks amazing and we have gotten the most compliments on that part of our remodel. The finished product of our whole bathroom was really done well and we ended up very pleased. The floor is perfect, the vanity looks great, and all the floor boards and seals are excellent. He was friendly and flexible working around our kids and crazy schedules. He addressed my concerns right away. He was easy to get ahold of and even easier to talk to about what we wanted in our remodel. I also really appreciated that he made the small decisions on his own without asking us every little question, but also included us if he wasn't sure what we'd like best. It was a really nice balance. The were some areas that could be improved upon from our perspective. We were a bit disappointed when the job was not finished when we were initially expecting, but we understand there were things out of his control. Keeping us in the loop a bit more would have made us feel better about the delays, however, he was apologetic and came to finish as soon as he could. All that said, we really were pleased with the finished product. We chose to work with Thayer Construction because when he came for the estimate, we liked his confidence, friendliness, and because the estimate was one of the lowest. The estimate was very close to the final cost, which was another great area. We were very pleased with what he charged (and didn't charge us for). There is always a concern of being cheated and never really knowing if we are paying a fair price, but we had no such concerns with Thayer Construction.

Thayer Construction did a wonderful job! They were timely and efficient, and when the job was complete, I felt extremely satisfied with the work! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for handy-man work or painting!

Thayer Construction was super helpful getting the house I recently moved to ready to live in. Jared completed a number of projects on my house, including painting, stabilizing loose stairs, installing new faucets and towel bars, making and installing a missing screen, sealing a hole in the outside wall,putting in missing closet doors, and more. As a bonus, he even picked up and assembled a new office chair from a nearby store. Jared has a range of excellent construction skills, and will consult with other experts on tricky repairs to make sure it's done right the first time. His charges are also reasonable and he is definitely reliable.

Jared and his crew worked tirelessly on our shower remodel. We were out of town the first week and he kept us informed and worked neatly and efficiently. He instilled trust and professionalism every step of the way and paid great attention to detail- he even sent pictures of his progress and setup. Jared communicated quickly and kept us informed without having to ask. We are so pleased with his work and his work ethic and will definitely hire him for future projects.
