- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depends on the job what you have, is it a car lockout is it a commercial building lockout is it a rekey to a house or a commercial building there are a lot of factors to the pricing. Commercial/residential, there's always a service call and a fee per lock.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually develop a a good relationship with my customers, because they have to trust the locksmith.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by a man that had a school in Phoenix Arizona he now lives in Parker Arizona he has over 40 years experience. As for training every year I spend money on education I have Stacks and stacks on certificates of completion of classes. Some of those classes consist of Access Control, Advanced breaking and entering( I have to pick locks open to get them into their buildings and houses),and safe classes.
