- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are based on square footage, age, and any selected additional services. We do not charge for mileage, a processing fee, or for additional water heaters or HVAC units.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask what is important to my customer, and make sure I address their concerns in the in-depth walk-through of the property following the home inspection. I send an Inspection Agreement so they know what to expect and have the price in writing. Customers are welcome to join me for the inspection (where it is safe). The final comprehensive report will include pictures taken at every step of the inspection process. This report is delivered to them in a timely fashion; no later than 24 hours after completion of the home inspection. If they ever have any follow-up questions they can always just call or email me directly.
