I could not be happier or more satisfied with the overall direction and service we have received from the Voice Media Group. Getting into digital advertising, after 38 years of doing basically the same thing, which was radio and print advertising, was scary to say the least. I spoke to so many different digital media reps and companies, and even tried some. I never felt like I was being given the straight story as far as what I was buying, how it worked and what I could truly expect as results. On top of that, I never did experience positive results from any of the digital add campaigns we tried. Then I finally made one of the best advertising decisions I've ever made and that was to partner with my already long time print partner, the New Times, by using their Voice Media Digital Group; and thank goodness I did! VMG is honest, they truly care about your partnership with them and they do not try to sell you things you don't need or misrepresent what you're getting or the true, bottom line results you can expect. When it comes to digital advertising, like most, I didn't know much, if anything really. But after getting educated I found that VMG is by far the straightest shooters in the digital advertising business...PERIOD! They took the time necessary to make sure I fully understood what they were recommending as well as digital advertising overall. Believe me when I say; I had lots of questions and it took lots of time and patients on their parts until I was finally in a position of understanding enough to confidently move forward with our digital advertising campaign. Now I find that when I'm contacted by some "other" digital rep from other companies trying to sell me digital advertising, I often actually know more than they do about what their offering and trying to sell me! I normally don't do reviews, but in this case, I am proud to give a FIVE STAR rating to Voice Media Group! I seriously couldn't be more happy with the service they continually deliver, the care they put into our account and partnership as well as the amazing results we have experienced here at Audio Express by going with their recommended strategy!
