FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
So usually when pricing a job the entire material costs are added to a figured starting price. To keep from customers having to worry about a slow worker charging by the hour, we use a flat rate price so the electrician doesn't have to rush . We are more concerned about the quality of the installation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After establishing a price or a starting point. We meet with the customer at the project location and go over all the details of what is needed or desired. We talk about the options available and develope a flat rate price to do the job. Usually our starting point plus additional work and materials. We will then do the desired work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in school for business as well as an electrical apprenticeship program from I.E.C.
