Jam On Guitar Lessons
About this pro
John is a great guitar teacher! I’m one of those people who has to get things right away otherwise I feel like a failure, but he’s been amazing to get around that mentality with supportive words and proper encouragement!Jun 11, 2018VerifiedJohn M.'s reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Typical lessons are around 45-60 minutes, sometimes longer or shorter. Often smaller children lose focus after 30 min. Lesson prices: $25 each.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Usually we will chat about musical interests, style of music you want to learn. Experience level on Guitar. Goals..play at church? Be in a band? Just have fun? We will establish lesson time and place. Some new students don't have instruments yet. I always have several choices of guitars that students can try out before they purchase.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Education: I took music theory classes in College and also lessons in different styles.I also have taken some guitar teaching classes. I have been playing the guitar for over 30 years. I have played in many Rock/blues bands as well as heavy metal. I started teaching guitar to family and friends years ago. Now I enjoy teaching beginner students of all ages.
