- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is generally based on the complexity of your matter. I offer flat fees for many services so there are no surprises. I also offer "pick-your-own-pricing" and other creative options. But some matters necessitate traditional hourly billing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a complimentary 3-Step Case Evaluation, which is conducted over the phone. We'll discuss your unique situation, I'll answer your questions, and I'll let you know the various options available to you and how things work. I won't pressure you or sell you on anything. Only you can decide what's right for you, and only when you're ready.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For 16 years my concentration has been on financial related matters, including: bankruptcy, debt settlement, tax debt resolution, estate planning, business, and divorce. And, in my former life, I worked in banking/lending for 12 years. I love helping people resolve financial issues and/or create financial protection.
