- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our criminal cases are typically done on a flat fee basis. Our civil and family law cases are typically done on a retainer/hourly fee basis. Our personal injury plaintiff cases are typically done on a mixed or contingency fee basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?DuMond Law starts off with a free legal consultation. Potential clients will schedule an appointment with our friendly staff. They will meet with one of our experienced attorneys. The attorney will listen to the client's legal issue, ask questions to gather facts, give a preliminary legal assessment and case strategy, then give the client a price quote for the representation. Once the client has signed, we quickly get started on the case. We communicate with the client every step of the way. We work diligently to receive the best possible outcome for our client.
