I apologized for your dissatisfaction. I attempted to come over to see your concerns. You declined. I attempted to do your new home. You declined. I attempted to talk to your Landlord & offer a new clean if he had any objections. You declined. I attempted to go over & beyond with my services as usual, but I was willing to hear you out. I did everything to try to work with you. Move out cleans are hard especially when the house is filthy. What some people need to understand, depending on the condition it sometimes takes days to spring/deep clean. I cleaned your home for 150$ 1,500 square feet single home. I still came in with a smile. Your quote put me in the negative to start. Mileage, gas, supplies, payroll. I even bought you a housewarming gift. I'm not a bad person or business owner, but I'm human. If you decline working with me to work with you. What else can I do but move on. Now, you paid me back with a bad review. Pat yourself on the back but do not put multiple reviews on here & please stop being so childish. I have pictures of your filthy house. I have pictures after I cleaned it. You got way more service than what you paid. I still tried to pacify you & you declined. Please stop being bitter towards me, I'm a sweetheart & I want to stay that way. I don't like bitter spirits anywhere around me. Take care & keep your new home cleaner.

Romeka and her daughters were wonderful and really sweet!! They worked really hard and did a great job getting our huge house clean for a party. The only reason I gave four stars is because it ended up taking 2 days which I felt really bad about and ended up paying more than the quoted price. As I stated in your text and email. It's so crazy that I went over and beyond for your family and I ended up with my first rating below a five. Which was a four and most people would have been happy with that. I'm the exception to that because I'm not happy if my customers are not happy. I understand now I can't have a perfect experience with everyone and I should choose my battles carefully because I made many sacrifices for your family and with this rating I just don't feel the sacrifices were appreciated. Keep in mind your two day quote included Dusted blinds and fans, Wood polish, stainless steel shine, bath deep clean : 3 total. Kitchen deep cleans. All appliances were detailed. Patio area sweep up. My 13 year old helped you all with a project or two. We Vacuumed six rooms, interior windows and the start of window sill cleaning until you all stated we did not have to worry about the rest of the window sills. Other than the original 200$ quote which was a super steal I told you all since the home was 13,000 square feet and it will take another day you can tip from there if you choose. We all must understand things happen in life everything doesn't go according to plan. If I was in your shoes I wouldn't have thought twice to five star us myself and two teenage girls. We even gave you all a bonus and decorated your son room as you all were preparing for his first birthday in which we adore. At this point as I told you we live and we learn. I never once complained in order to be there for your family I had to pass a 500$ project to someone else because all that mattered to me is your happiness. Best Regards, Romeka
Romeka was excellent!! Things were detailed in our house that I didn't even know needing detailing!! She is very trustworthy, professional, and very fair on prices. She supplied all her own products and vacuum even; which was good since we have already moved out and had no cleaning supplies there. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I do have a standard price system but honestly I like working with the customers budget. We can break down details as we talk more. My goal right now is to build a name. Im from Ohio. & the work, its simple I do whatever the customer wants!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Communication is key. I have a phone interview so the customer can learn my personality. I have also worked in the call center field many years so its allot you can learn over the phone. If all goes well we arrange a meeting even if its the day ill do the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Customer service------15 yrs. Various workplaces but at&t 11 years. My associates degree is in arts of communication. I have experience cleaning homes, offices, fine hotels, and apartments. My cleaning business is a family business I created for my kids to show my hard work as a single parent.
