The Million Dollar Cleaning Lady!

Hi, Ann Marie, this is shocking because I thought it was hurtful to get a 4 before. I am definitely not happy about a 3. I woke up to your text about complaints concerning the countertops & floors. I left your home a little passed midnight & I was tired considering I got there at 2pm. I immediately offered to come over in case I over looked some things my teen crew did. I tried to concentrate on the larger projects because the home was covered in filth. I was busy getting toilets, walls, appliances, carpets, and baseboards cleaned. I am human & all thou I try to reach for perfection I do make mistakes. You did not allow me to come and check out your concerns. I then offered to clean your new home and you once again declined. I tried to go over & beyond with the cleaning but in case mistakes were made I then attempted to go over and beyond to satisfy you. When all failed, you started to really offend me as far as saying you wish you didn't pay 150$ plus 30$ for your 1,500 square foot single home. You said it was a 60$ job. Even through insults i let you know I can reimburse you your money if you do not pass inspection due to cleaning. If I talk to your landlord & he states you will not get your deposit back because of cleaning I'll refund you & we both know that would have never happened. I also told you I am a real person with real life issues so I can not afford to be taken advantage of & in confidentiality I told you I have a huge light bill to pay by Monday or I may be in the dark. You were so darn spiteful you had to mention that in my review & that is sad. I only told you to show you I can't afford it but I will do anything to keep my five star reputation & satisfy you not to guilt trip you. Now, if you did feel guilty it was because you should know you got allot of work done for the price you paid even with maybe a few flaws. The guilt trip is trying to take advantage of me. This job was a lost for me even with your 180$ payment. I still wanted great results even knowing that. Your guilt trip may have come in at attempting to make me look bad all thou I did everything to provide you outstanding customer service. Lastly, I communicated with you the bracket of time I'll be there & I was. You even said it was fine. You all were still moving. You durn right those appliances were spotless. It took hours to get them back to new, they were in bad shape. Well I'm still sitting at a five & I have those before & after pictures. I am pretty sure when people read my response & see the whole picture. You will be one of those interesting discussions. Take care Ann.
