FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For pricing, the best way to learn more is visit my website (wwe.freshtakehealth.com) which lists pricing for every individual service I offer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when I begin working with a new client, the first step is that we set up a time for an initial consult. This is where we go over an individual's current health habits, specific goals they would like to achieve, and then the practical ways we will get them to those goals. Then from there, that's when my experience with every client is a bit different. The reason I love nutrition consulting as a dietitian is that I can really make each experience with a client personalized to their needs and desires. So sometimes clients would like the next step to be receiving a meal plan or restaurant guide, sometimes we schedule a grocery store tour, and sometimes we plan for regular follow-up appointments. Every experience is a bit different with each client I work with!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received a bachelors degree from Baylor University in Nutrtion Science, then completed 1 year of supervised practice through Lipscomb University. Then, I passed the national exam to become a registered dietitian under the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND). With a passion for both health and total wellness, I also have been certified as a personal trainer and fitness instructor through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).
