From day one when Thumbtack connected SnapShack with me, SnapShack has been very professional and in full communication. Responsive and helpful. When we first spoke on the phone, I felt like I made a new best friend. Tey was a warm, gentle, kind and good listening person that made me feel like she had everything under control. On party day she contacted me to let me know when she would arrive. Aaron came to help her set up. They are full of life and very happy people which makes all the difference in encouraging your guests to have fun while taking photos. I will be recommending SnapShack to all my friends and family. They were great.

Snapshack Photobooth is the best! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the booth was an absolute hit with props that fit the theme perfectly. Not to mention I got a TON of compliments on the quality of the pictures. I will definitely be using them again!

For starters, The people running it were amazing!! So full of life keeping our wedding guest entertained! Their props were SO fun and the prints came out awesome! They were also extremely fast in posting the wedding pics online for all of us to see! Overall they were such an awesome team and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need a photo booth 💜

Working with Tey and her husband was truly a joy! They were responsive during pre-planning, arrived early onsite and tested their gear and cleaned up after themselves. Our guests loved the photobooth and the line was 20+ people deep the entire night. Although their printer went down, they handled the situation appropriately and professionally. I can't wait to work with SnapShack in the near future. They are my new go-to vendor!

We are currently running a Thumbtack Promo for our 1hr, 2hr, 3hr and 4hr packages. Therefore, pricing reflected within this platform may not match the standard pricing listed on our website
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We Connect 2. You complete questionnaire 3. You're provided with contract and invoice 4. Deposit is made to secure your spot 5. You select the template/backdrop you prefer 6. We party!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We've partnered with many different people and companies. We've once had a wedding for a couple that were engineers for shows on abc (yes, thee "abc"), we've teamed up with the USGA to host their women's amateur event, and we have even traveled to New York to provide our services there for a Wild Hearts Conference. Our booth has forged so many great friendships, partnerships, and experiences - it truly never gets old!
