- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a Flat Rate Pricing system. Any repair estimate is based on a flat price which included diagnosis, parts, and labor. The customer does not pay for any overtime.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Effective listening comes first. I ask specific questions to understand the situation so I am able to provide an appropriate diagnosis and repair.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My Uncle Harry taught me and he has been repairing appliance for the last 40 years.
