- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Play AV we believe that every clients needs are different and time and product required varies from project to project. Because of this, we do not have a standard pricing system. Prior to working in a project one of our design consultants typically walks each job and gives a unique and personalized quote for each client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we get a new customer our first goal is to speak directly with them over the phone to get a better idea of the project. Once more details have been laid out, we like to do a pre-installation walk through in order to provide the most accurate estimate for the job and also verify no other products will be required. This walk through is free to all of our clients. Once this has been completed we schedule a time for the project to be completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years experience in the industry. We attend training and informational classes provided by product specialists to ensure we are up to date on all the latest technology in home entertainment.
